It was worth its 3 stars. Very clean rooms and a nice breakfast. As picky eaters we greatly enjoyed to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Royal Indian Cuisine couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.
Decent food, had good stay.
We loved it, especially its the food and staff. Very clean rooms. In fact, the free Wi Fi was a cherry on top...
Planned to see Murfreesboro major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them. Recommend to stay here.
Several light bulbs in our room needed replaced, eight to be exact! Breakfast bar being redone Cookies were not homemade No library of books that you could borrow and return Furniture and bedding needed an overhaul
The hotel is undergoing renovation, but the breakfast room was too small. Our room was not cleaned while we were there. We had to ask for a second keycard, & then it didn't work.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the breakfast room. A lot of the facility has been recently renovated, so its new. The rocking chairs out front were a nice touch. Its in a great location and lots of restaurants and stores right near by.
There are renovations going on and the breakfast was in a small conference room but the lady working in there did a great job of keeping everything full! The washer and dryer were both out of order for all 4 of our days (there is only one of each) and we really were counting on using them. There is no elevator and while there are only two floors, it was a bit of a nuisance. The room could have been cleaned better...crumbs under the couch and desk and tv screen had lots of kids handprints all over it.
It met our needs for the night
No pool or real ammenities
No elevator in the building, which meant carrying a lot of luggage up and down stairs. Hotel is mid-renovation so it was not at all appealing. Desk clerk only activated our keycards for one night so we were locked out before our second night. It wasn't a terrible experience but I would not return.
Under construction work in progress Came in onto desk was friendly
The breakfast eggs were bad looked like plastic and had no taste. Over all quality for the price should have Ben less!
The heated eggs were really bad, and hard boiled eggs were not available. Same breakfast items each of the 6 nights that we stayed.
Comfort and cleaniness.
Location too busy and noisy
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, I enjoyed checkout being at 12.
No pool & I was on the 1st floor and kids were above me and we got awaken early by loud stomping and I could hear my neighbors in the shower being friendly.
Hotel was under reconstruction. .drywall sanding dust so heavy anyone should have had on a mask.rooms with king beds on second floor with no elevator. Bad for seniors with hip problems. Coffee bar was always empty. Hotel should have been closed for renovation.
The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel was under construction and dust was everywhere. My daughter had surgery and we needed a room on the ground floor which they did not have. There was no elevator so she had to climb stairs for a second floor room. No ice machine on second floor so more stair climbing. Breakfast was just fair as some of the items were microwaved. For the money I paid it was disappointing as I could of stayed some place nicer for the same amount or some place cheaper and it would of been as nice.
The breakfast was great! The rooms are all newly renovated and very clean and nice.
They were renovating the lobby while we visited so we had to go in and out of different entrances.
